In the five years that I have been involved in adoption from China (paperchasing for our first and our Grace adopted 2003)
I have never seen a baby referred as young as yours! That is awesome. Congrats. And I will be checking your blog every 30 minutes or so tomorrow.
Love,

We brought our Poyang baby home in late September. They take amazing care of the girls, and it's obvious they love them. There's a Poyang yahoo group that's pretty new -- they've only been doing IA for about a year. Congratulations!

Hi Courtney,
Congratulations, I know this is an long awaited exciting time for you and your husband.
We received, LID 10-23-05, our daughter, Bo Hui, DOB 1-11-07 on 10-28-07 she too was from the Poyang SWI.
They did not allow our group to visit the orphanage or finding spots. We were disappointed with this news. I was going to ask a favor if you get to visit the orphanage will you take a picture of our daughters primary care takere and her crib so we can put those in her lifebook. If you visit finding spots I would be so grateful for that too. I would send that info later.
A few packing tips, if you like coffee take your own, theirs is soooo strong that after you put enough creamer in it to thin it down, it's cold. All the rooms will come with coffee pots since you have to boil all the tap water.
Pack light for yourself, mix and match clothing. Take an extra suitcase for souveniors. Enjoy every minute and take lots of photos.
Looking forward to seeing a picture of your daughter.
Jill
